We here at Elegant Creations want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases. If for whatever reason you're not satisfied with your purchase please contact us via info@ecijewelers.com . In Store Purchases = For all in-store purchases we offer a 7 -day exchange window. Please note that all merchandise must be undamaged and in new and unused condition with all tags attached and not tampered with to be acceptable for exchanges. No custom / special orders will be eligible for exchanges unless they are not in working order at time of purchase.

We do not offer REFUNDS for any in-store purchases. Please email us at info@ecijewelers.com before coming into our showroom for exchanges. Online Orders = For all online-orders we offer a 14-day return window. To receive a full refund please follow our step by step guide below. We do not offer any exchanges for online orders.

All returned merchandise must be in unused / un-tampered condition with all original labels / tags and packaging. All returned merchandise must be in un-altered condition ( no sizing , blemishes or flaws ). We reserve the right to deny any return where the merchandise is returned not in the same condition as it was sent out in. All returns must be sent back with the same carrier and fully insured for the sold price. Please do not write JEWELRY on any return packages to prevent fraud and theft. Note: Shipping , Handling and Insurance costs are not refunded by Elegant Creations , Elegant Creations is not responsible for any missing / stolen merchandise

1} Please email us at info@ecijewelers.com to receive an RFI # from us. We will not be able to process your return without a RFI #.

2} Write RFI # on return shipping label and original invoice to prevent fraud.

3} Please address all returns to Elegant Creations INC. 37 W 47th St Suite 1301, New York, NY 10036

4} Ship your package insured for total value of contents and ask for a return receipt for confirmation that your package has reached Elegant Creations. Terms of Refund = Please allow us 48 to 72 hours to process your refund once your return has been inspected and accepted by our quality control team. Refunds will be processed in the same form as your payment.
