Domestic Shipping

ECI Jewelers offers free shipping on all domestic orders. All packages are shipped Express via FedEx and USPS. All shipments must be shipped ta physical address where someone can be present to sign for the package. For overnight shipping requests please reach out to us directly at (908) 289-4300. 

International Shipping

ECI Jewelers proudly ships internationally with few exceptions with a flat rate. Please note most International orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country, and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. You may contact your local customs office for details. 

 Watches, Custom & Special Orders Policy

Watches, Custom, and made to order items are non refundable.  (Including engravings and size modified orders). Custom orders require a non refundable $500 deposit to begin the design process. Custom Orders are specially made pieces and made to the specifications from the buyer, and therefore may not be exchanged or returned.
